Appellant-plaintiff Lew Wood, individually and as legal guardian of his daughter, M.W., appeals the denial of his motion for partial summary judgment and the trial court’s grant of summary judgment and entry of final judgment for appellee-inter-vening defendant State of Indiana (State), on his complaint for declaratory judgment, which alleged that Indiana Code section 34-51-3-6 (punitive damages statute) is unconstitutional.
