DISCIPLINARY ACTION

PER CURIAM.,

We find that the respondent, attorney David J. Colman, violated Ind. Professional Conduct Rule 8.4(b) by intentionally taking deductions on his federal income tax returns to which he knew or should have known that he was not entitled. 1

This action formally commenced on October 24, 1996, with the Disciplinary Commission’s Verified Complaint for Disciplinary Action. The allegations of attorney misconduct arose from the respondent’s 1996 federal felony criminal conviction of filing a false federal tax return.
