Plaintiff has brought the above styled and numbered suit pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, 5 U.S.C. § 552, (hereinafter FOIA), seeking (1) disclosure of the names and duty stations of employees of the United States Postal Service employed in Dallas, Texas, and Sioux City, Iowa, and (2) a declaratory judgment that this type of information must also be disclosed by any other postal facility upon which Plaintiff may make a similar request.
