This is a contract dispute between the producer of a film, Fineberg, and the distributor, Niekerk.

Fineberg brought this action for breach of contract and accounting on behalf of himself and as general partner of Pink Champagne Productions against Niekerk, individually, and Cal Vista International, Ltd., a corporation. Fineberg alleged a contract with defendants for the distribution of a film called Pink Champagne.
