DECISION

Before the Court is the motion of Defendant City of Woonsocket Education Department ("WED") for Judgment as a Matter of Law on six counts against it in Plaintiff's complaint. Captioned Defendants First Student, Inc. (formerly Ryder Student Transportation, hereinafter "First Student") and Ms. Giroux-LaFontaine have settled with Plaintiff and are no longer parties.
