This matter comes before the Court on Defendant Boston Scientific Corporation's ("Boston Scientific") Motion to Dismiss (Doc. 29) and Plaintiff Valerie Douse's ("Douse") Response in Opposition (Doc. 31). The matter is ripe for review.
