This is an action of trespass instituted in Allegheny County, Pennsylvania, for personal injuries suffered *346by tbe plaintiff on August 6, 1959, while riding an allegedly defective motorcycle manufactured by one of the defendants, Harley-Davidson Motor Company,1 and sold and delivered to the plaintiff by the other defendant, Allegheny County Distributors, Inc.
