Judgment of the Supreme Court, New York County (Rena K. Uviller, J.), rendered May 28, 1985, which, after a plea of guilty, convicted defendant-appellant, Dwayne Boulware, of attempted criminal possession *371of a weapon in the third degree and sentenced him to a term of five years’ probation, is reversed, on the law, the motion to suppress the weapon granted, the sentence vacated and the indictment dismissed.
