—Order, Supreme Court, Bronx County (Gerald Esposito, J.), entered July 3, 1997, which denied the motion by the insurer defendants (GEICO et al.) for summary judgment, unanimously reversed, on the law, without costs, the motion granted, and the complaint dismissed as against those defendants. The Clerk is directed to enter judgment in favor of defendants-appellants dismissing the complaint as against them.
