ORDER

FOREMAN, Chief Judge:

Before the Court is a Motion to Dismiss Count 3 of plaintiff’s complaint filed by defendant Maliinckrodt, Inc., pursuant to Rule 12(b)(6) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. Defendant argues that Count 3 is barred by Ill.Rev.Stat, ch. 83, para. 15, which requires that actions for personal injury be brought within two years of the date of the injury. Plaintiff’s injury occurred on November 6, 1978. This action was not filed until December 4, 1981.
