Roberts v. City of Pontiac

Plaintiif appeals, and defendants Emergency Services and Schirle cross appeal, from an order of the circuit court granting summary disposition to defendants Choi and Thanh and denying summary disposition to defendants Emergency Services and Schirle. Summary disposition was granted on the basis of governmental immunity, MCR 2.116(C)(7). The order was certified as a final order with respect to Choi and Thanh pursuant to MCR 2.604(A). We affirm in part and reverse in part.
