RHODES RUSSELL, Presiding Judge.

Howard Chapman (“Defendant”) appeals the judgment upon his conviction by a jury of five counts of rape in violation of § 566.030 RSMo 19941, three counts of sodomy in violation of § 566.060, and two counts of sexual assault in the first degree in violation of § 566.100. Defendant was sentenced, in accordance with the jury’s recommendations, to eight terms of life imprisonment on each of the rape and sodomy counts, and five years imprisonment and a $5,000 fine on each of the first degree sexual abuse counts, with all sentences to be served consecutively.…
