This action arises from a series of events alleged to have occurred at the annual Tail-hook Conventions held at the Las Vegas Hilton Hotel (“the Hilton”) in September 1990 and September 1991. The important issue before this Court is not, however, whether the events alleged by Plaintiffs occurred at the Tailhook Convention. Nor is the Court called upon to determine whether Plaintiffs may have viable claims for relief against a variety of potential defendants.
