MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

LAMBROS, District Judge.

This is a criminal antitrust prosecution against certain baking companies and against a number of individuals, who are officers or employees of these companies. Certain of the individual defendants have moved this court for a protective order relieving them from being photographed and fingerprinted by the United States Marshal in connection with these criminal proceedings. 1

Defendants raise four major objections to the taking of their fingerprints. They contend:
