Defendant, Holland Motor Express, appeals from an order of the Workers’ Compensation Appellate Commission. This order awarded continuing benefits to plaintiff, Harvey Dezwaan, and ruled that these benefits could not be coordinated with benefits paid from the Central States Pension Fund. We reverse in part and remand.

Dezwaan was employed by Holland as a truck driver when he was injured on the job on December 22, 1984. Dezwaan was off work for approximately two weeks and then returned to work until May 25, 1985. At that time he stopped working because of severe pain in his back and legs, and…
