Proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78 (transferred *670to this Court by order of the Supreme Court, entered in Delaware County) to review a determination of respondent Commissioner of Children and Family Services which denied petitioner’s application to have the report maintained by respondent Central Register of Child Abuse and Maltreatment amended to unfounded and expunged.
