This is an appeal from the refusal of the learned court below to permit the appellant to intervene in an equity suit brought to cancel a recorded deed.
On June 20, 1931, Robert L. Landis leased to A. M. Glessner certain premises which he owned, situate in Brothersvalley Township, Somerset County, for a period of five years, beginning September 1, 1931, at a rental of $10 per month.
