1. Plaintiff is a fraternal beneficiary society with headquarters at Topeka, Kansas. It is governed by a written constitution and laws. These provide: Persons not over 55 years of age may enter the society by joining one of many subordinate councils. The governing body of the society is a national council. A national executive committee, composed of the national president, national secretary and three others, is given power to hear and determine charges against members, and, on proof of certain charges, to expel a member.
