Appellant had been convicted of statutory rape, and on appeal from the judgment of the court below this court reversed the judgment and granted a new trial on the ground that the trial judge erroneously refused to admit certain evidence as to the character of appellant (C om. v. Stefanowicz, 118 Pa. Superior Ct. 79, 179 A. 770). At the second trial appellant was again convicted, and then sentenced on the verdict.
