MED Trends, Inc. (MED Trends) filed its pre-award bid protest complaint on October 27, 2011. In its complaint, MED Trends challenges the procurement of a task order, *640Performance Work Statement Number TAC-12-03198 (PWS), under the Transformation Twenty-One Total Technology (T4) Multiple-Award Contract by the United States Department of Veterans Affairs (VA).
