— Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Pesce, J.), rendered December 3, 1986, convicting him of robbery in the first degree, robbery in the second degree, grand larceny in the third degree and criminal possession of stolen property in the second degree, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence.
*492Ordered that the judgment is reversed, on the law and as a matter of discretion in the interest of justice, and a new trial is ordered. Findings of fact have been considered and are determined to have been established.
