Plaintiff seeks a separation on the grounds of cruel and inhuman treatment and nonsupport. The allegations of the complaint concerning such cruel and inhuman treatment and nonsupport have been established, as set forth in the proposed findings of fact and conclusions of law passed upon by the court.
