William Swenney and Carrie Swenney executed and delivered to Samuel Gared Hill and William Hazeldine Thorold five certain instruments designated as real-estate first-mortgage bonds, and at the same time, and as part of the same transaction, executed and delivered to the. Southern Agency and Investment Company a mortgage upon real estate to" secure the payment of such obligations.
