The plaintiff, Angela Rascoe (“Rascoe”), has brought this action pursuant to section 205(g) of the Social Security Act, 42 U.S.C. § 405(g), in order to challenge the final decision of the Commissioner of the Social Security Administration (the “Commissioner”) denying Rascoe’s claim for Social Security Disability Insurance (“SSDI”) benefits.
