RULING ON MOTION TO REMAND
BLUMENFELD, District Judge.
This removed action began with a state court complaint by Marguerite Lovelett Nowell against Ames Nowell individually, and against Ames Nowell, National Shawmut Bank of Boston and Lawrence Ames Nowell, as co-trustees of a trust for the benefit of Ames Nowell.
