¶ 1 Appellant, Eduardo Garcia, appeals from the July 7, 2008 order which denied his petition for writ of habeas corpus. After review, we affirm.
¶2 The facts and procedural history may be summarized as follows. On April 19, 2007, the District Attorney of Forest County filed a petition seeking a hearing pursuant to the Interstate Agreement on Detainers (IAD), 42 Pa.C.S.A. §§ 9101-9108.
