Appellant Mary Alice Leonhardt, Esq., (“Leonhardt”), counsel for plaintiffappellee Safaa S. Hakim, M.D. (“Hakim”) appeals from a Memorandum of Decision of the United States District of Connecticut (Squatrito, J.), filed under seal on September 19, 2003, denying Leonhardt’s Fifth Motion to Withdraw as Hakim’s counsel. We assume the parties’ familiarity with the facts and procedural background of this action.
