ORDER
THRASH, District Judge.
This is an action challenging the Georgia law that restricts the issuance of Georgia driver’s licenses to illegal aliens. It is before the Court on the Defendants’ Motion to Dismiss [Doc. 4] and Plaintiffs Motion to Remand [Doc. 5]. For the reasons set forth below, the Defendants’ Motion to Dismiss is granted.
