Presently pending before the Court are Defendants’ motion for summary judgment (doc. no. 13) and motion to strike (doc. no. 24). For the following reasons, both motions are GRANTED.

I. BACKGROUND

A. Factual Background

This case arises out of Plaintiffs slip and fall at the Holiday Inn located at 2155 Gordon Highway in Augusta, Georgia (the “hotel”).1 On March 26, 2011, Plaintiff was *1300sharing a room at the hotel with her sister, brother-in-law, and nephew.
