This is an original proceeding in certiorari to review an order adjudging relator guilty of contempt of court for violating an order of determination in the matter of the determination of the relative rights of the appropriates of the waters of the Humboldt river stream system, made pursuant to the water law of the state. Stats. 1913, p. 192, as amended. See N. C. L. sec. 7890 et seq.
