The appeal in this case is from a judgment entered upon the verdict of a jury in the Baltimore City Court, in favor of Albert W. Bramble, for alleged injuries sustained by the plaintiff on September 6th, 1936, and grow ing out of an accident which happened in Baltimore County, at a point at which what is known as the Old Bay Road, a public highway, crosses a single track line of the Baltimore Transit Company, the appellant; which company operates an electric street car service extending into and servicing rural territory adjacent to the City of Baltimore.
