WALTER, District Judge:

Kenneth P. Henderson appeals his conviction for fraudulent banking activities. 2 Henderson questions the sufficiency of the evidence and several of the trial judge’s evi-dentiary rulings. Finally, Henderson argues that the trial court erred in applying the sentencing guidelines to count one of the indictment. For the reasons that follow, we affirm in part and reverse in part.
