SMITH, Circuit Judge.
Jose Estrada-Rodriguez (“Estrada”) petitions for review of a decision of the Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA) ordering him removed from the United States because of his conviction for a crime involving moral turpitude (CIMT). See 8 U.S.C. § 1229b(b)(1). An Immigration Judge (IJ) initially determined that Estrada’s conviction under Arkansas Code Annotated § 5-13-205, as in effect in 2004, is not a CIMT.
