East Kentucky Rural Electric Cooperative Corporation (East Ky.) made application to the Public Service Commission of Kentucky, under KRS. 278.020, for a certificate of convenience and necessity authorizing construction of a steam generating plant, and transmission lines, for the purpose of supplying electric energy to the distribution systems of the local rural electric cooperative corporations (co-ops) throughout the state.
