OPINION

BROWN, Judge.

Max H. Bonecutter, pro se,1 appeals a small claims court’s judgment in favor of Discover Bank, a Delaware Corporation (“Discover”). Bonecutter raises several issues, which we consolidate and restate as whether the court erred in ruling in favor of and entering judgment for Discover. We affirm.

The relevant facts follow. On August 30, 2007, Discover filed a Notice of Claim against Bonecutter in the small claims division of the LaPorte Superior Court requesting judgment in the amount of $4,569.17 and costs on an account or note. At an initial hearing on October 3, 2007, or…
