This appeal is by Terence McKegney, a resident of the State of New York, from an order of the superior court sustaining exceptions to a Master’s report and disallowing his claim against the Illinois Surety Company. The affairs of that corporation have been considered by the courts of this state, the courts of New York, and the Supreme Court of the United States, in a number of cases which have arisen since a receiver was appointed for the corporation by the Superior Court of Cook county, Illinois, on April 19, 1916.
