Peter Sherwood, J.), entered November 3, 2014, which, to the extent appealed from as limited by the briefs, granted defendants’ motion for summary judgment dismissing plaintiff Balanced Return Funds Limited’s causes of action for breach of fiduciary duty, fraud, aiding and abetting breach of fiduciary duty and aiding and abetting fraud, unanimously affirmed, with costs.
