BOWMAN, Circuit Judge.

The United States appeals the District Court’s order suppressing an inculpatory affidavit signed by Leland Young after he was charged with federal drug trafficking crimes. See United States v. Young, 73 F.Supp.2d 1014 (N.D.Iowa 1999). We reverse.

On July 16, 1998, the government filed an indictment charging Leland Young and two other persons with one count each of conspiracy to distribute and possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 846 and 841(a)(1) (1994).
