In this consolidated appeal, Pinney Dock & Transport Company (“Pinney”), Litton Industries, Inc., Litton Systems, Inc., Litton Great Lakes Corporation, and Erie Marine, Inc. (“Litton”) appeal from final bankruptcy orders of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
