Plaintiff DPWN Holdings (USA), Inc. (“DHL”) brings this action against United Air Lines, Inc. and United Continental Holdings, Inc. (collectively, “United”), asserting a claim that United was part of a conspiracy to fix the price of air cargo shipments, in violation of § 1 of the Sherman Act, 15 U.S.C. § 1.
