Blanche W. Warwick appeals in this case from an order of the Circuit Court for Baltimore County, in equity, requiring the clerk to issue the writ of habere facias possessionem to the sheriff of said county, directing him to deliver possession of a certain lot held by her to- Harry A. Harvey, the petitioner. The lot in question is part of a tract known as Cedarwood, in Baltimore County on the Frederick road near Baltimore City.
