No other question is presented for review, or insisted on by the appellants’ counsel, except the one presented in the agreed statement of facts, namely, whether the appellants, who took out a license to sell cigarettes in the city of Anniston, a place of more than 5000 inhabitants, could engage in the sale of cigarettes at two places of business in said city, situated oh two different streets, but in the same block and about 100 or 135 yards apart.
