MEMORANDUM & ORDER ON MENTAL HEALTH EVIDENCE

WEINSTEIN, Senior District Judge.

In this capital prosecution, the government has moved for an order requiring defendant to undergo a mental health examination by a government expert. The motion is denied with leave to renew.
