Plaintiff-Appellant, Janet E. Virostek, filed this action against Defendant-Appellee, the Liberty Township Police Department/Trustees (“Liberty Township”), and Defendant-Appellee/Cross-Appellant, Gerald T. Wardrop, former Chief of Police, in both his individual and official capacities (collectively referred to as “Defendants”), alleging sex, disability, and age discrimination claims under federal and state law; retaliation claims under federal and state law; breach of contract; and violations of 42 U.S.C. § 1983.
