Petitioner F.E. Hazard, Ltd. (“Hazard”) seeks review of the February 26, 1990, supplemental order of the National Labor Relations Board affirming the July 14, 1989, decision of an Administrative Law Judge fixing the amount of back wages owed a former employee, Kenneth Moffitt, who had been discharged in violation of section 8(a)(1), (3) and (4) of the National Labor Relations Act, 29 U.S.C. § 158(a)(1), (3), (4) (1988).
