MEMORANDUM OPINION

CHASANOW, District Judge.

Plaintiff, Marion Gray-Hopkins, filed an action presenting civil rights and state law claims against Prince George’s County (“the County”), as well as Officers Brian Catlett, James Skyrm and Devin White 1 , alleging that Defendants wrongfully caused the death of her son, Gary Hopkins.
