Thompson, Justice.

Rodney Whatley was convicted of malice murder and aggravated assault. Although the State sought the death penalty, the jury fixed punishment at life imprisonment. Whatley appeals, asserting, inter alia, the trial court erred in allowing evidence of a photographic identification. We find no error and affirm.
