In these five original consolidated proceedings commenced pursuant to Eminent Domain Procedure Law § 207, petitioners ask this Court to reject, annul and set aside the Determination and Findings of respondents City of New York and Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA) published October 3 and 4, 2005, which approved the acquisition of certain real property and/or easements thereto and zoning thereof for the project commonly referred to as the No. 7 Subway Extension — Hudson Yards Rezoning and Redevelopment Program (the Project).
