Plaintiffs Nashaat N. Antonious (“Antonious”) and Soheir F. Antonious (collectively “plaintiffs”) bring this action against Dawud Muhammad, Goldome, Charles Raab, the County of Rockland (“Rockland County”), detectives Ronald Taggart and Mary Murphy, Assistant District Attorneys (“ADAs”) John Grant and Walter J.
