Plaintiff Sydell Ralkin brings this action against the New York City Transit Authority (the “NYCTA”) pursuant to Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, as amended, 42 U.S.C. §§ 2000e et seq., the Age Discrimination in Employment Act of 1967, as amended (the “ADEA”), 29 U.S.C. §§ 621 et seq., and the Civil Rights Act of 1866, as amended, 42 U.S.C. § 1981, 1 alleging employment discrimination on the basis of her race, religion, and age.
